These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Friends Limousine's Website, located at https://friendslimousine.com.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Friends Limousine if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Language and Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions were drafted in English. They may be translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict between different languages, the English text shall prevail, and be recognized for the sake of interpretation of both parties’ agreement.

2. Conditions of Use

Our vehicle, must NOT be used:

1. To carry a higher number of passengers than the amount for which the Vehicle is constructed to accommodate.

2. To carry a higher number of bags than the amount for which the Vehicle is constructed to accommodate.

3. To carry any object or substance which because of its condition or smell, may harm the Vehicle or prevent or delay Friends Limousine’s ability to book it again.

4. To propel or tow any vehicle, trailer, or other object

Chauffeurs will exercise their discretion to drive at speeds that are reasonable and in compliance with legal requirements, as well as in consideration of current road conditions. Under no circumstances should they be asked to exceed the speed limit. The Chauffeurs have full authority to select the most appropriate route, regardless of whether it may be the shortest or the fastest.

3. Charges

Friends Limousine the right to change its policies, including the applicable rates at any time without notice. These policies are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a waiver of any of Friends Limousine’s rights, all of which are specifically reserved.

4. Payment:

A deposit is mandatory to book any servicer from Friends Limousine.
We accept payments via bank transfers only (should a bank transfer be made, the remittance form is to be sent to us prior to service, as proof of payment.

Customer credit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

5. Modification:

Rates are subject to change if any changes to the booking are made after the date of the booking confirmation.
Where the customer wishes to amend the initial service – either by changing the pick-up or drop-off locations or changing the plan – the customer acknowledges that Friends Limousine reserves the right to modify its rates accordingly.

6. Cancellations / No Shows:

Refunds for cancellation of bookings will be processed on the same credit card that was used to pay online within 14 working days of the cancellation.

In cases where Friends Limousine is unable to process the refund due to an invalid credit card, refunds should be claimed within six months from the cancellation date.

A Booking can be cancelled before the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location.

If the Booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location, no cancellation fees will be applied.

If the Booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location, cancellation fees will be applied (10% deposit).

7. Guaranteed Make & Model

Friends Limousine Guarantees make and model on specific car groups. In the event that these car groups are not available, Friends Limousine will provide a similar car with the same features. Guaranteed vehicle type does not guarantee the vehicle color or optional accessories.

8. Other:

Friends Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle. Should the client request any “items left behind” be returned; they will be sent by our cars and this will be at the cost of the client(s) or can be taken from our office.

Friends Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns

Friends Limousine reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice on the website.
